 A private vacation doesn’t naturally exist for celebrities, which is why even B-grade celebrities buy their privacy while on holiday.  While the rich and famous take a break in locales all over the world, the majority whiles away their days and nights in places that are hot and sunny, and often beautiful beyond belief.  And sure, the chosen destination for every hip and hot star these days wants to be seen and recorded as having spent their time in such hip and hot vacation spots as Miami where we all know that Jennifer Lopez owns one of a million homes around the world and a flock of other young hip and hot celebrities like Mischa Barton, Nicole Ritchie and Paris Hilton randomly flash their limited edition American Express cards.

Aside from Miami, Malibu, California seems to be the hottest spot for the majority of celebrities to seek out major relaxation while reading scripts for their next projects. Not only is Malibu in close proximity to Los Angeles where stars live and work, but also it seems the place to be. Whether sunning themselves to a perfect golden bronze like Jennifer Aniston did at her rental house after her public break-up with ex-husband Brad Pitt, or playing in the ocean with their children like Kate Hudson and her two year old son, Ryder. Next door to Aniston in their seaside rental complete with sun deck, fireplace and courtyard are Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen who are shelling out an estimated forty thousand dollars a month for their coveted spot on the most popular beach on the west coast.

In fact, Southern countries make up for the most popular celebrity vacation spots like Cabo San Lucas, Mexico that has fast become a sensation for A-listers like Jessica Simpson and Oprah Winfrey. This spot offers a number of luxury resorts to answer any need or desire while away from the fabulous life. While this sunny locale in the tip of the Baja Peninsula continues to boast many star sightings by vacationers, make sure to visit soon before it becomes a thing of the past and you will be able to say with a wave of your hand, “oh I went there before it became popular, even with the stars”.

In fact, in a hot spot like Maui, Hawaii young starlets like Cameron Diaz and Michelle Branch come to keep fit and have fun while riding the waves. In some cases, they even end up breaking something like Diaz did when she broke her nose on her 30th birthday.  The place to stay while in Maui is the Grand Wailea Resort where Kevin Bacon and wife Kyra Sedgwick stayed on July 2 after hitting the surf together. Diaz is such a fan of Hawaii that she and current beau, Justin Timberlake celebrated her thirtieth birthday out in the water shortly before she fell and broke her nose.
