The water offers a sense of peace and calm that tourists and boating enthusiasts love, not to mention to ability to glide across water either by speedboat, sailboat, yacht or fishing boat.  Whether you have a boat for business or pleasure, boating and marina locations are offered around the world from the east and west coasts of the United States to the Baja Peninsula in Mexico.

If you own a yacht and would like to take it for a leisurely spin anywhere in California, then you can choose from over 175 yacht clubs with full access to anything in your wildest dreams including wi-fi.  For example, at the Napa Valley Yacht Club in the San Francisco Bay area of California, you can choose from amenities like storage, parking, water and electrical hook-ups not to mention a spectacular galley and bar that has an authentic jukebox.  Pets are welcome at this yacht club so you can defiantly bring Patches or Sparky along too!

If for instance, you are sailing to Hawaii now that your vacation time has rolled around, you may as well dock at the Ko Olina Marina in Ko Olina where full-service berthing is available for yachts up to 150 feet in length and services that include launch, cable, internet, phones, hot showers, a choice between a 120 V or 220 volt power hook-up, not to mention converted slips for your boat and a general store for any thing you need to pick up at the last minute before your departure.

For those of you who do not own any form of boat but would still like to have an adventure out on the sea, then head on over to the Waskesiu Lake Marinas north of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan where are invited to join the Marine Adventure Center.  While they take care of all your boating needs, you can go on any of the interpretive tours that they have available to tweak to your interests and aquatic desires like the Hanging Heart Lakes Tour aboard a 22 foot Sun Cruiser Pontoon Boat that seats twelve passengers. The next time you would like to combine education with a unique and fun experience for your family, board this boat and let your captain point our a bald eagles nest, wild rice stands and beaver lodges all for $20 dollars per adult and $10 dollars for children.
